Yvonne "Vee" Parker is the main antagonist of Season Two of the Netflix series Orange is the New Black. She is a charismatic sociopath who manipulates her fellow prisoners in Litchfield Prison to deal drugs for her, destroying anyone who gets in her way.
She is portrayed by Lorraine Toussaint.

What Makes Her Pure Evil?[]
- She uses people by making them believe she can give them what they want, need, or lack, so they will do what she wants, and then discards them once they have outlived their usefulness.
- She makes a group of children, including Taystee, believe that she loves them like a mother so they will do what she wants.
- She uses her "kids" as drug dealers, letting them take all the risks while she takes the money.
- She has sex with RJ, whom she has known since he was a child, to get him further under her control.
- She bribes a police officer to kill RJ to stop him from dealing on his own.
- She sells Taystee out to the police to get a better deal for herself.
- She fools Taystee into believing she is sorry so Taystee will go back to dealing for her.
- She murders Rhonda.
- She has Red beaten up and steals her contraband business.
- She manipulates Suzanne into believing she loves her just to drive a wedge between her and Taystee.
- She "recruits" Taystee's friends to deal drugs and sell contraband for her, both to profit from their work and to isolate Taystee.
- She turns Poussey's friends against her.
- She tricks Suzanne into believing she attacked Red.
- She attempts to escape.
- She posthumously makes Suzanne and Taystee mourn her death even after she had used and harmed them.
