~ Yogoshimacritein's final words before his destruction. |
Crime Minister Yogoshimacritein, or Yogoshimacritein, is the high-ranking member of the Banki Clan Gaiark, the father of Yogostein, and the main antagonist of Engine Sentai Go-Onger. He serves as the overarching antagonist of the first three quarters and the main antagonist of the final arc.
He is the crime minister and temporarily leader of Banki Clan Gaiark and assumed the role of the supreme leader of the Gaiark, after his son Yogostein's death and arrived to Earth, taking control of the Gaiark's Human World invasion force.
He is the Go-Ongers' archenemy and one of the most powerful and dangerous enemies the Go-Ongers ever faced. He is also boss and master of Chirakasonne and Kireizky and former master and boss of Kitaneidas and Kegalesia. Yogoshimacritein is also the abusive father of Yogostein and the former underling of Pollution President Batcheed, whom he usurped and replaced as the supreme leader of the Gaiark. Yogoshimacritein appeared only in the finale episodes of the Go-Onger and he became the final villain the Go-Ongers faced in the season. He is the final threat of that series.
He was voiced by the late Kiyoyuki Yanada who also previously voiced his Yogoshimacritein's son Yogostein and Tau Zant.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- It was mentioned in the series that before the events of the series, he was responsible for multiple genocides, destructions and conquests of numerous Braneworlds, polluting and conquering them for Gaiark and killing countless innocent beings. This his actions caused him to be hated by the Engines and caused the entire Engines race to have great disgust to him.
- He uses his fallen minion Kireizky's Infinite Wastebin to enter the human world and so he can feed from it in order to perform his signature attack Justice Dissolution which lets him vaporize his enemies.
- Yogoshimacritein used his primary weapon Justice Dissolution to vaporize Hant, Gunpei, Hiroto and Miu, and their Engine partners as well. This actions of killing their friends shocked and horrified the Go-Ongers and was one of their greatest shocks and traumas during their superhero career.
- He planned to pollute and take over the Earth by sending the hundreds of drones to conquer it and wipe out humanity.
- He also threatened to destroy the Go-Ongers if they would try to interfere with his plans.
- He uses Water Pollution Minister Kegalesia and Air Pollution Minister Kitaneidas as a living shields and damages them before getting a power up.
- Unlike Land Pollution Minister Yogostein his son, who cared about his comrades and mourned them, Yogoshimacritein dodn't care about his comrades at all and saw them as nothing more than pawns.
- He also cares nothing about his son who he deemed a useless failure.
- When Kitaneidas and Kegalesia realized what a horrible tyrant he was and were tired of his violent treatment of them, they destroyed his Infinite Wastebin and stopped him from vaporizing Sosuke, Renn and Saki and Yogoshimacritein mortally wounded his former comrades and underlings, furtherly proving that he doesn't value the lives of his own race and underlings.
- Yogoshimacritein will even go as far to destroy other braneworlds to maintain the rest in a dictatorship.
- He planned to destroy Tokyo in his giant size in order to get revenge on the Go-Ongers for foiling his plans.
- He tried to destroy all of the Go-Ongers, now personally, after he realized that his grand plans and schemes were ruined.
- His death scene at the hands of the Go-Ongers was played for karma and satisfaction, judging how horrible, ruthless and evil tyrant he was. He screamed in pain and yelled at the Go-Ongers, being unable and refusing to believe on how he could lose to the heroes.
- When he was revived, he joined the Black Cross Army in order to have his revenge on the Go-Ongers for destroying him.
- While he had a comedic scene where he accepts an autograph from Moune and Luka, it's a brief scene which doesn't detract from his heinousness and is otherwise played just as seriously as he was in his own series.
- When he was revived again, he again joined the Dai-Zangyack forces in order to have his revenge on the entire Super Sentai and Kamen Riders for his previous defeats.
Trivia[]
- Yogoshimacritein is the second Gaiark member whose actions are presented in a purely serious and non-comedic way, making him among the darkest villains in the Go-Onger series on par with Kireizky and Batcheed. Other villains who were confronted before him are all comical, loyal and/or above all, protective. His presence has turn the narrative of the series to a drastically darker tone. He is also the only Go-Onger villain to be Pure Evil.
- Yogoshimacritein was used as Venjix's final form of the show, but Venjix's true final form was Evox, the Messiah cell from Go Busters.
