Wong Yunfat is the secondary antagonist of the anime Mobile Fighter G Gundam. The Prime Minister of Neo Hong Kong, he has the right to rule the Earth for four years since Hong Kong won the last Gundam Fight. Desiring to prolong his rule over the Earth, Wong desired to obtain the Devil Gundam to use it to his advantage with the help from Master Asia. He also hosted the 13th Gundam Fight Finals. He was voiced by Koichi Hashimoto in Japanese and Ben Jeffery in English.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?

• Allowing the Gundam Fighters to aim for each other's cockpit.
• Bringing the Devil Gundam to Neo Hong Kong and endangering its citizens, not even caring when a Gundam Head escaped to the city.
• Keep rigging the Gundam Fight to make Domon lose with dirty tricks that could even possibly kill him.
• After seeing the effect of Neo Sweden's Berserker System on the Nobel Gundam, Wong had Neo Sweden's scientist kidnapped and tortured to be able to use the Berserker System on Neo Sweden's Gundam Fighter, Allenby Beardsley.
• When he thinks Master Asia is no longer useful to him, he sent some Gundam Heads to kill him and Domon.
• Later, Wong too had Allenby Beardsley kidnapped and forcefully injected her with DG cells while at the same time activating the Berserker System, causing great mental pain on the Gundam Fighter.
• When he finds out that his plan is falling apart, he tried to have the Devil Gundam to destroy Neo Hong Kong out of spite.
• He tried to stop Domon from rescuing Rain Mikamura from Ulube Ishikawa so that he could claim the Devil Gundam for himself to take over the universe.
• While he called Master Asia crazy when he revealed he wanted to destroy humanity, it isn't because he has standard as Wong is as willing to make his hands bloody to accomplish his goal as Master Asia and is because of Wong's goal being to take over the world instead and out of fear of being killed by Master Asia too.
• Despite being less heinous than Ulube, Wong has far less resources as his military is far less powerful and stands out by the torturing he has done and being introduced as a villain earlier.
  • However his actions would be a prelude to Ulube's own later actions, as due to having the Devil Gundam analyzed and believing a woman would be a better life-core unit than a man, which led to his kidnapping of Allenby Beardsley with the intent on making her the new life core unit, would lead Ulube to do the same thing with Rain Mikumura upon finding Wong's research notes, and ultimately succeeded where Wong had failed in getting a woman to become the new life-core unit, as the research notes Wong made is what allowed Ulube to advance his scheme and directly cause the events of the series finale.
