~ Willy Weasel. |
Willy Weasel (possessed by Jerry Robert Wills) is the titular main antagonist of the 2021 horror thriller film Willy's Wonderland.
He is an animatronic weasel and a mascot of Willy's Wonderland. Seemingly a friendly animatronic, Willy is possessed by the soul of Jerry Willis, the original owner of the restaurant and a notorious serial killer who formed a team of Satanists and cannibals to help him murder unsuspecting families at the establishment. To avoid being arrested, he and his team performed a Satanic suicide ritual to transfer their souls into the animatronics, possessing them and actively killing and devouring everyone in their sight.
As a human, Jerry Willis was portrayed by the film's co-producer Grant Cramer, whereas his animatronic form, Willy Weasel was portrayed by Jiri Stanek and voiced by Émoi.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Even before forming his team of psychopaths and murderers, he was already a sadistic serial killer who posed as photographer to gain the trust of four families to brutally murder them.
- In court when he was being tried for his crimes he bit off the prosecutor’s finger when he pointed at him and even sadistically said “It’s rude to point”.
- When Jerry was sent to a mental facility for rehabilitation he met other serial killers whom he would later form a cult with. Although most of them were just as depraved and remorseless as him three in particular; Sara, Gus and Mrs. Love were genuinely tragic and remorseful people, however Jerry gaslighted and manipulated them into embracing their bloodlust turning them into the monsters they were.
- He staged a massive riot in the mental asylum killing countless orderlies and even his own physiatrist Dr. Fine and even fraudulently claims that she was the reason he became a monster, showing he takes no responsibility for his actions.
- Kills Dr. Fine by throwing her out of their escape van and onto a car.
- After escaping from the mental facility him and his cult opened Willy’s Wonderland and murdered multiple children and their families.
- Performed a Satanic ritual where Jerry and his fellow serial killers kill themselves to avoid punishment and allow them to possess the animatronics at Willy's.
- Killed and ate a group of squatters that took residence in Willy’s Wonderland for no reason other than out of bloodlust.
- In 2006, once Willy’s was reopened by entrepreneur Tex Macadoo, Willy and the other animatronics murdered several of his employees before opening and then threatens him to keep quiet and open the restaurant or they would kill him too.
- After the reopening of Willy’s him and his crew killed several guests behind the scenes. He even murdered a friendly man who offered him a cigarette.
- During a sleep over birthday party at the restaurant Willy and his crew broke their truce with Tex and murdered various people in the restaurant. What’s worse was that he killed a employee named Chip’s girlfriend Lexie putting him on a vengeful crusade against him that ultimately failed.
- Once Willy and the other animatronics got word of their restaurants impeding demolition he broke into the demolition contractors house and murdered him and his wife an kids.
- Went on a rampage throughout town with the other animatronics killing people everywhere, the ice cream parlor, the hardware store, and even at a basketball game at the local high school.
- Ultimately when the town teamed up and stormed Willy’s Wonderland to kill the animatronics him and his crew sadistically toyed with them before murdering almost all of them. Leaving only Tex and the then Deputy Lund alive.
- With the help from Jed Love (Mrs. Love/Cammy’s brother who was working with the animatronics all along) Willy and the other animatronics forced Tex, Lund and the entire town to feed them drifters who get stranded his Hayseville lest they attack the town again.
- Killed and ate Liv Hawthorne’s parents when they were sacrificed by the town, leaving young Liv an orphan, although she was taken in by sheriff Lund who treated her like her own daughter, she was still traumatized and unable to move on causing her desire for revenge against the animatronics.
- Murdered the Janitor’s brother when he got stranded in Hayseville as well which is implied to have led the Janitor to go to Hayseville himself and kill the animatronics to get revenge.
- Fifteen years later in 2021, he had the animatronics attack the Janitor when he was forced to clean Willy’s to get his car repaired although he managed to fight them off they still left him with many scars and wounds
- Sang a song to taunt Liv and her friends about them being murdered by the other animatronics.
- It's implied that he would have killed people in Hayesville regardless of if they brought them sacrifices or not if anybody attempted to resist.
- Killed and sliced Eloise Lund in half as punishment for her failing to bring easier prey than the Janitor.
- Tried to kill the Janitor, not out of hunger like the serial killers did, but out of sheer spite, shown by the fact he doesn't even eat him after seemingly killing him.
- In the final battle, Willy also throwed the Janitor in the Birthday's button and scratched him multiple times.
- Although he is angry at the Janitor for killing the other serial killers/animatronics, he did nothing to help when they were in danger, proving that he didn't care about them and just saw them as pawns all along.
- Although he dies a brutal death by being mercilessly beaten by the Janitor and gets his head ripped off. It is not played for sympathy as he deserved it for every horrific and atrocious crime he commited.
Trivia[]
