William Afton, also known as Purple Guy and the Killer in Purple, is the titular villainous main protagonist of the Five Nights at Freddy's fangame FNAF: Killer in Purple 2.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]

  • He killed his best friend's daughter as well as five other children and, if the game's description is to be taken literally, then he's killed over half a million of children in total.
  • He attempted to kill Henry, his best friend, by pushing him off a lighthouse.
  • He created the Funtime Animatronics and the Twisted Animatronics, which he very likely used to claim some of his victims.
  • While he did warn his daughter to stay away from Circus Baby, no scene of him grieving over her death is shown and he never mentions her, which seems to imply that in the end he didn't care about her that much, or, if he ever did genuinely care for her, he now doesn't anymore.
  • He creates Malhare (which is just another name for Glitchtrap), likely to ensure his own immortality in a way.
  • After coming back to Hurricane, he decides to open a pizzeria to kill more children just for fun. Depending on the player's actions, William can kill up to hundreds of children, preferably using a Spring-Bonnie suit to lure kids away while the parents are eating.
  • Depending on the player's choices, he can cause a number of problems within the town:
    • Running over pedestrians in his car and driving off.
    • Releasing a giant robot version of Eleanor that nearly kills Scott.
    • Breaking into Jr's to steal the animatronics.
  • As revealed near the end of the game, he uses the corpses of the children he's killed to make ingredients for the pizzas he then serves to his customers, which would likely include their parents.
  • When faced by the children's ghosts and Henry, who's revealed to have survived William's attempted murder, he shows little to no fear or remorse, stating he knew the robots were possessed and that he will have his revenge before killing himself with the Spring Bonnie suit to try and come back to life as a tormented soul.
    • If the player continues playing the game after having obtained the ending, they can enter Henry's house (playing as Henry himself) and find William's ghost, which shows that William has succeeded in his goal. Along with his ghost there are also various messages written on the wall, one of which makes it clear that William's out for revenge.
