Lt. General Wilhelm Tanz is the main antagonist of the 1967 war drama film The Night of the Generals. He is a sadistic Nazi general who rapes and murders women in addition to the other war crimes he commits as part of the Third Reich's "Final Solution".
He was portrayed by the late Peter O'Toole.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
