What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Before his rise to power, he was a low-level drug dealer who dealt out Vertigo on the streets.
- Modifying the Count's original Vertigo so it could now reveal the user's greatest fears, psychologically traumatising them as a result.
- Forcefully injecting a criminal with Vertigo to demonstrate his new Vertigo and then killing him, assuming leadership.
- Launching a rocket into an Italian restaurant in an effort to kill the Arrow, all the while killing countless civilians inside as a result.
- Attempting to use a bomb to blow up a stadium and kill all of the rival crime lords, regardless of the many other civilians inside.
- Blackmailing a reporter into helping him escape by threatening his family. He then threatened his family once more and forced him to blow himself up along with the Arrow and Arsenal.
- Seizing a laboratory and forcing all the scientists to manufacture his Vertigo, threatening to kill them if they made minor mistakes and shooting one of them to set an example.
- In an effort to escape, he set the lab on fire with one of his chemicals and left the other scientists to die.
- Whenever confronted, he injects his opponents with Vertigo to psychologically torment them and goes on to repeatedly beat them, including the Arrow and Arsenal.
