War Hound Lou is the main antagonist of The Crow: Pestilence. He is the vicious leader of the Saint Death Cult, a drug gang that worships the goddess Santa Muerte. He had tortured and killed Salvador in the past due to the boxer refusing to take a fall for him during a match, leading to the Crow reviving Salvador and having him take revenge on the gang that killed him.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He smuggles women in the U.S, promising to give them a new life, only to then strip them of their freedom and make them work as waitresses for the cult's restaurants, and are made drug mules if they can't pay the SDC back. They are also forced to agree to be prostitutes for high-end customers in order to even get pass the border.
- When Salvador refuses to take a fall for him during a boxing match, Lou kidnaps him and tortures him, having his ear cut off and stabbed with knives. He also drugs him into thinking a random woman and child who tried to renege on a deal with him are his beloved wife and son, before forcing him to watch as he rapes the woman and cuts her tongue off, before killing her and her child and chopping her as a sacrifice for Santa Muerte, before eventually killing Salvador as well.
- When Salvador comes back to life with the help of the Crow, Lou has Santa Muerte track him down and kill him. It is also confirmed that Lou had Santa kill everyone who had wronged the SDC.
- It is then revealed that he has Abella and Vincente, Salvador's actual wife and son, in his grasp, keeping the former as his sex slave and the latter a member of the SDC.
- When Santa Muerte demands a payment, Lou tries to shoot her.
