Vuan is a major antagonist of the 1989 fantasy OVA Legend of Lemnear. He is a slaver with mind-control powers who forces women to be his sex slaves.

He was voiced by Akio Ōtsuka in Japanese and by Bill Rogers in the English dub.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?

• He takes part in Varohl's destructive raids where he has attractive women kidnapped and obtained.
• He forces countless women to be his sex slaves, using his mind control powers to make them his mindless slaves in his chamber that serve him and are completely obedient to him, and has some of them dance lasciviously.
• He also allows women that he doesn't find attractive to be raped by his men, as seen when two of them try to rape Lian.
• When Lemnear shows up to free his slaves, he holds a blade to one of his slave's neck before mind controlling Lemnear into being one of his mindless slaves and then proceeding to grope her.
