Victor Moore is the main antagonist of the Danganronpa fan game Danganronpa V4 Rocky Restarts. He’s the Ultimate Director.
He is an obsessed fan of Danganronpa who created a death game in real life in order to “continue the franchise”.
He was voiced by souleaterwill.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Although he had plenty of redeeming qualities at the beginning, it was only due to him erasing his own memories so he could participate in the Killing Game as a clueless participant. After recovering his memories, he reverts to his irredeemable self.
- While all of the participants in his Danganronpa season were volunteers, it was only because Victor omitted the fact they were going to die for real, instead advertising it as a normal TV show.
- With the help of Monokuma (Jesse’s Sister) and Chinatsu, he created a death game where 15 participants (plus his amnesiac self) are forced to remain imprisoned forever and the only way to escape is by killing another classmate. Additionally, people who failed to get away with their murder would be executed. By the end of chapter 5, this resulted in 12 deaths (including the intern Chinatsu).
- He shot his ally, Jesse, after the latter decided the Killing Game should end.
- As a final plan, Victor decided to kill all the remaining participants and then himself. While he failed to kill Kim and Harmony, he succeeded in killing Julien.
- In this universe, the 53 seasons of Danganronpa were fake, which makes Victor the first person to create a real life Killing Game.
