You could have ruled right alongside us. But instead, you chose to defy me. And, for what? To sacrifice yourselves for a world of ungrateful humans that won’t even accept you!

~ Victor Krane to Adam, Bree, and Chase.
Victor Krane is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Douglas Davenport) of the Disney XD series Lab Rats.
He was a corrupt billionaire who joined forces with Donald Davenport's brother, Douglas Davenport. In exchange for funding Douglas' schemes, Douglas bionically enhanced Victor, making him super-humanly powerful.
He was Douglas's secret benefactor even before the latter got kicked out of Davenport Industries, making him responsible for all the events in the series.
During an attempt to brainwash Adam, Bree, and Chase using the Triton App, he tried to make Adam and Bree kill Chase against Douglas' wishes.
He kidnapped Leo and Tasha and put them in a deathtrap, threatening to kill them if Donald didn't give him Adam, Bree, and Chase.
After Douglas had a change of heart, he reprogrammed Douglas's favorite dog, Otis, who is also bionic, and gave it special orders to kill Douglas.
He exposed Adam, Bree, and Chase as bionic humans to the world in order to have them arrested so they couldn't interfere with his plans.
He created his own Bionic Army out of several brainwashed kids that he made and conducted horrible experiments on them that left them traumatized.
He controlled Taylor (S-1) from his brain against her will and made her crush a ceiling beam on Leo's arm, causing permanent damage to his arm and leading to him getting bionics from Douglas.
He tried to take control of the world by breaking into the Pentagon and stealing a satellite machine that would send a signal to brainwash the entire world, turning them into his mindless slaves while creating a completely bionic civilization he could rule over as a tyrannical dictator.
In case he failed, he installed a virus in everyone who had the Triton App, so if there was ever a time when he no longer had control over them, the virus would eventually kill them so his soldiers couldn't be used by anyone else.
He helped Dr. Gao launch a missile that almost wiped out all life on Earth, so the two could rebuild it as a bionic civilization.
While he worked with Dr. Gao, it was only because he was useful for his goals, and it was likely that he was going to betray him once his use was up.
When his plan seemingly failed, he attempted to kill all the bionic humans and the colonists as an act of spite.
While he has a few comedic moments, they don't detract from his villainy, and unlike other villains, he has no redeeming qualities, honor, or insecurities.
