Ch'rell, also known as the Utrom Shredder, is the main antagonist of the My Little Pony FiMFiction What If The Shredder Was In MLP: The Movie? and What If The Shredder Was In MLP: Season 9? created by Battwell.
He is an evil Utrom who causes destruction through the universe to make him powerful, making him the most dangerous criminal of the universe. He is the ruthless leader of the Foot Clan. The Utrom Shredder is also the archenemy of the Utroms, the Turtles and their master and father, Splinter.
After his defeat in Turtles Forever, Ch’rell was somehow transported into the MLP World. Shredder tries to find a way back to Turtle Prime and finish what he started, but he will need the magic of this world to accomplish that.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
What If The Shredder Was In MLP: The Movie?[]
- Everything his original conterpart does.
- He kills the Storm King and becomes the new leader of the Storm Army.
- He invaded Canterlot and ruined the Friendship Festival.
- He threatens to destroy Celestia’s subjects.
- He nearly kills Luna.
- He threatens the civilians of Klugetown to give him answers.
- He kills Verko.
- He threatens to kill Rainbow Dash.
- He orders the destruction of Klugetown.
- He orders Tempest to destroy the pirate airship.
- He absorbed the magic from all four princesses by using Staff of Sacanas, then uses it to create a portal to Turtle Prime.
- He created a massive tornado to destroy Canterlot, nearly killing Twilight's friends and other allies.
- He callously and sadistically betrayed Tempest Shadow by revealing his true nature before he could kill her as she outlived her usefulness, thus leading to her true redemption.
- After Twilight saved Tempest, he tried to finish both of them before he was intercepted by Mane Six.
- He tried to get the Staff of Sacanas back before Twilight does, only to get it back.
- He turns Tempest into a statue and then shatters it, killing her.
- His actions scared Twilight.
What If The Shredder Was In MLP: Season 9?[]
- When they all retrieve Grogar’s bell, he is the only one of the team to not come close to redemption, quickly snapping the others out of it.
- He goes along with "Grogar's" plan out of arrogants rather than true loyalty and seeks to usurp him the moment they find his bell.
- He terrorizes Twilight some more to try and make her crazy.
- He betrayed and turned against "Grogar".
- Even though it is actually Discord in disguise, he doesn't know that until the four succeed, and they didn't do it out of any standards.
- He takes Discord’s magic and uses it to create Dark Magic.
- He tortures Twilight’s friends right in front of her and makes her watch.
- Along with Tirek, Chrysalis, and Cozy Glow, blew up most of the Canterlot Castle and then he creates the Technodrome.
- He destroys Twilight's Castle and the School of Friendship.
- Once Tirek, Chrysalis, and Cozy Glow fail to defeat the Mane 6, he opens up a dark portal and sends them into the darkness forever.
- He slashes Discord, nearly killing him.
- He nearly destroyed entire MLP dimension with the Technodrome.

- So far, he is the only TMNT Pure Evil to come from a fanon work.
- He is also so far the only MLP fanon PE to not come or based off of any characters from the My Little Pony franchise in general; instead coming from a different franchise.
