PE Proposal:Mary Piggy from "PIGGY:The Whole Bloody Deal" =[]
So, here's an OC I made up for the series (I don't really mind the series I wrote on AO3. I still got the Epilogue to write). She started off as a minor antagonist for The Battle of Lucella but I wanted to do more with her. So, she turned from a mere infected mook to a serial killing monster. Makes 3 years working on that worth it. I also think she doesn't need tie-in material to stand out, plus her arc's over...(her death's just brutal fam). Guess we'll let the trial commence. (I'll cease and desist eventually if The Pro-Wrestler has trademarked that)
What is the Work?[]
PIGGY:The Whole Bloody Deal is a 2024 fanfic made by PrincessLucy666 (Me) which mixes the popular Roblox game "PIGGY" and the YouTube series adaptation "Antflix" with some elements of the horror franchise "Evil Dead". A Darker (understatement) adaptation of the relatively lighthearted game, the series focuses on a criminal named Ben Stoker who must find a missing boy named Georgie Piggy, who alongside his friend Mateo are being stalked by a mysterious radio voice named X, while trying to uncover the mystery of their friend? Miltricia. Meanwhile, MiniToon sets up a crew to find Ben, facing off against the evil scientist Reggie and the bounty hunter Mary Piggy/Distortion. Outside the conflict, Tigry is adopted by the escaped criminal Willow Wolf and joins a criminal group named The Silver Paw, and becomes stuck in the middle as the group slowly collapses from the inside
Who is Mary Piggy/Distortion?[]
Mary Piggy, aka the bounty hunter Distortion, is the secondary antagonist of the series. She's a minor antagonist in the episodes "Spreading like Wildfire", "An Educational Rescue" and "Shattered", main antagonist of the episodes "Monophobia" and "Black Dawn" and major antagonist in the episode/movie "PIGGY:Rise and Fall". Because "PIGGY:The Graphic Archives" hasn't been made yet, I can only verify her actions in the series, plus as I made the pages, this is from her biography description. She was a sadistic bounty hunter and serial killer and the cousin to both Penny and Georgie Piggy. Operating alongside her mutant worm, she betrayed the scientist Reggie to pursue her own agenda across Lucella over a 16-year rampage for no other reason than for money and joy.
What has she Done?[]
She returns in the episode "Spreading like Wildfire", where she, Peter and Sabrina fight for leadership against Ollie over Lucella. She unknowingly revives Ruvius and fearfully accepts Ruvius's return to power after he gives Ollie a brutal beatdown across the sewers. She and her mutant worm attack Georgie, Mateo and Raven and extract a portion of Mateo's blood before escaping in "An Educational Rescue". She becomes more prominant in the 2nd half of the series afterwards. In "Monophobia", she later watches Ollie taunt Mateo before trying to kill Georgie one last time with her worm after he escapes from Ruvius's clutches.
Leaving her worm to fight Georgie which leads to its death, her hunt for him is interrupted by MiniToon and the military led by Sgt Monroe. Her first fight with them ends with her winning with her breaking Sgt Monroe's back and escaping. She later is seen by KreekCraft fighting Sgt Monroe's elite squadron before she and the infected attack and take over Lucella Outpost. In "Black Dawn", she returns to Lucella City to take down MiniToon, Georgie and the Military. She later gets lost in the battle with a squadron of infected, unaware of a trap prepared for them.
In the movie "PIGGY:Rise and Fall", she falls for the trap and for the first time shows weakness. She fights against General Daisy and KreekCraft during the ambush and has to be rescued by Ollie to avoid dying after she found herself more or less under fire from everything at that point. As the infected in the city are almost completely decimated. She later hides in Lucella Outpost and after the first group of infected soldiers are slaughtered by Ben, Zizzy, Pony, Georgie and Mateo, she fights Zizzy and Pony when the military arrives.
She reveals to Zizzy her ability to switch from being infected to uninfected and almost kills the duo before Daisy intervened. They had a brief fight offscreen which Distortion escaped from and hid in Mr P's Tower. MiniToon and Daisy found her and she threw Daisy out of a window, hitting MiniToon's berserk button. She met a highly brutal demise at the bare hands of MiniToon, being torn to pieces before being strung up for display on a post.
Mitigating Factors?[]
She has none. She never in the series shows any loyalty or care to anyone, not even her worm when she found it dead offscreen after Georgie killed it. She hunts her own cousin down using The Worm, and nothing implies she even cares for Sabrina anyways. But, being infected would give her moral agency issues. But if you look at the quote above, you can notice how she can change at will and has total control over her actions in her infected form.
Therefore, despite having the same mutagen Mateo has, she uses it to get the infected out of her way so she can satisfy her own hatred for any life that isn't her own. And despite her murders of ThinkNoodles and TenousFlea (Reggie killed Tenous. Simple continuity error. Sorry) being shown in swift flashbacks, it's shown to have a great effect on MiniToon, considering the fact those memories cause him to brutally kill her. She makes it pretty clear from her words and actions that she cares nothing more than to slaughter some civilians and enjoys hearing them die.
Backstory wise? She used to work at Reggie and Co, but quit to save her own skin from a lawsuit. She and Sabrina gained a taste in killing in an attempt to gain money from the inevitable lawsuit.
Heinous Standard?[]
THIS is the big question and the sole reason she could be rejected. Heinousness. HOWEVER, let's see how many advantages she has via:
- 1) Kills?
- 2) Motive?
- 3) Resources? (obviously)
The standard in general is pretty high. When it comes to kills, she has a pretty impressive high score. Because it would be unfair to compare most villains to TIO, she has to more go up against Ruvius Rat, Ollie Rat, Felix Fox, Pandy, Sabrina Piggy and The Infected. Now, she easily surpasses Sabrina in heinousness and effect. This is because Sabrina is ultimately bog standard, has moral agency issues due to being infected and falls dramatically short in heinousness. The Infected all together have moral agency issues and kill loads. However, most of the ones shown in The Battle of Lucella lead under Mary's control, making them accessories, therefore she surpasses them as well.
With resources, Mary has an army of infected, a mutant worm, herself and her weapons. Felix has Kitty and Filip, his sword and himself. Ruvius has control of Lucella, his staff and himself. Ollie had control of Lucella, a staff, but he still has himself and his weapons. Pandy has herself ultimately, but less power and influence. While Pandy kept her actions secret, Mary's a notorious serial killer. Felix's actions only influenced the surviving members of The Silver Paw. Ruvius and Ollie's actions influenced Lucella hard, but I believe Mary had an advantage of notoriousness. Ruvius and Ollie had to rely on power to cause infamy, Mary just relied on terrorism without a cause.
With kills, Mary has the biggest direct/indirect kill count in the series. Because she seems to command the infected, she can be held responsible for most kills in The Battle of Lucella. With motives, most aim for big goals. Ruvius, Ollie and Pandy aim for conquest. (Pandy's motives are revealed in the upcoming Epilogue BTW for clarification), Felix aims for leadership of The Silver Paw. Mary seeks none of those on the other hand, even killing those that are unable to fight or defend themselves, and does so in the most brutal ways possible. As she says it herself, she lives only to kill. The mindset of a cold-blooded sociopath.
Final Verdict?[]
Real hard to determine the standard, but I'd go with a big yes
