Hello! In this discussion, our Pure Evil candidate is Daxx Blastar, set to be the main antagonist of the Circle 7 version of Toy Story 3. So, let's go to infinity and beyond when we talk about him.
What's the work?
The Circle 7 version of Toy Story 3 is a cancelled movie that sees a malfunctioning Buzz Lightyear being shipped to Taiwan to be fixed. However, when Woody and the rest of the toys learn about other Buzz Lightyears being recalled worldwide (meaning Buzz isn't getting fixed), the gang set out to Taiwan to rescue their friend.
Who is he? What has he done?
Dazz Blastar is the main antagonist of the unproduced film. He is set to replace Buzz Lightyear after the Wocka-Wocka toy company made the announcement to recall every Buzz Lightyear action figure to replace instead of fix. He never calls his assistant, Comet, by his name, and only calls him kitty, and probably keeps him around out of sheer pragmatism.
When he first interacts with Buzz, Daxx feigns idolization of him. He even lies to Buzz after the memo to Old Man Kagoy (the company's founder) is complete and betrays him by telling him that the pnuematic tube will go to Kagoy's office, when in reality, the tube went to a conveyor belt that is set to go to the smasher, where Buzz is nearly smashed (the toy equivalent to nearly being murdered), just so that Daxx can take the number 1 spotlight.
Later on in the story, Daxx, angered that all Buzz Lightyear action figures will be getting fixed, starts up the Daxx Blastar manufacturing line and makes countless versions of himself, where he send them to destroy (kill) Woody and his friends, who are rescued by countless Buzz Lightyears, where the Buzzes and Daxxes charge at one another. During that battle, Daxx chases down Buzz, where Buzz, now with functioning wings, defeats Daxx by using the wings to launch him into a box, which is addressed to Andy's old house, and Andy's toys relable the shipping address to Sid's house.
Heinous standard?
Although there is another villain named Comet, he's mainly Daxx's lackey,
