Horrid yes, but do we blame this one specific person or the entire company?
I got permission from Ordeaux26, thanks to him as always. I have been unsure of her status for a while and here we are. I think she is still possibly worth a Near Pure Evil proposal after this is over if that’s any clarity.

Why should she be removed?[]
First off her torture of Huggy Wuggy is pretty awful but I’m not sure if that’s enough especially since it is only one individual and never reaches the levels of rape or mutilation, it is just repeated beatings and it is unclear how long this lasted. There is also no indication that the creature is a former orphan since not only is it never hinted at, but the video was made before Chapter 2 when we learned the Toys are fully human. I can see her torture being brutal enough to pass the baseline, but eh, that's up to you all I guess. I guess it could just barely be bad enough, after all Huggy is super mentally broken and became a mass murderer from the abuse.
Whose worse? The one documenting the experiments or the one who is just physically carrying it out? Honestly I lean toward pencil guy being worse but that's just my guess.
Anyway, my main issue which the proposal does not mention. She fails the system standard as her torturing Huggy Wuggy is all but outright stated to be something that is not what she took the initiative to do, but rather just her assigned role in the company. She is seemingly just a nameless replaceable cog in a corrupt company.
A sadistic smile from one of the observers. This could indicate further that they are the ones behind it and actually have actual sadism unlike her.
There is no confirmation she is in charge of the experimentation and in the video we see a group of other scientists writing down and documenting her experiments (in which we actually see one of them sadistically smiling while writing), so it’s equally possible they are the ones in enabling the operation. She also evidently doesn’t show any sadism in her job. Either way, Huggy targets all of them in his murder spree rather than specifically the scientist.

I would also maybe argue she is insufficiently characterized. She is just an emotionless scientist who doesn't have any lives or display any emotion like sadism throughout the video and just comes off as someone doing her job. In contrast, one of the observers we actually see briefly smile and take enjoyment in documenting the experiments (as shown in the above picture).
It’s also worth noting that in the official Poppy Playtime game this is based on is in a factory where multiple scientists do the same thing she does and there is no reason to assume her situation is any different. For similar reasons, the unnamed Scientist from the games is unable to stand out since even if he displays sadism in his job (unlike her) but doesn’t stand out because he is just doing his own job. However, this video was made before Chapter 2 released and I can see the argument that since the organization of the factory was enigmatic, which would mean we don’t have to assume the same logic.
This is unrelated to the removal but I feel this is where people might bring up Eric Wilson from the fanon SakuraArts series who is approved as Pe despite being one of many of Playtime Co.'s employees and one of Harley Sawyer and Leith Pierre's minions but he keeps his status because he takes sadism in his job and actually goes out of his way to carry out his experiments and mock his victims, even without being told to do so. He is also able to keep because of a brief moment where Leith asks him what his next experiment will be and proves he does his independent work. In short, Eric is not getting a removal any time soon.
