That's a friendly little face.

That's a friendly little face.

Watts up Pure Evil Wiki. Welcome to my fourth proposal. So, here is a particular candidate from the SCP Foundation series that may count here, and this would probably be the only SCP to count as a Silly Pure Evil, given most of the rest of the characters aren't really well characterized to even be Silly Near Pure Evil with very few exceptions. Today, I'll be taking care of the bloodthirsty psychopathic Trollge man himself, the meme, and we deemed he counts on the Discord server. Anyways, let the trial commence!

What's the Work?

Ripped from my Smokey re-proposal but I wrote it so like it's not plagiarism and shit.

SCP Foundation is a web series that exists on Wikidot as a collaborative project where any person can basically contribute to. It revolves around the titular SCP Foundation and the many SCPs they came across, and they would also contain them for the sole purpose of preserving normalcy for the entire world.

Who is He? What Has He Done?

The Trollge, also known as SCP-6661-1, SCP-6661, mistakenly the Trollface and labeled as Problem? is supporting antagonist in the series and the main antagonist of SCP-6661 - Problem? by Dr. Lerche.

As you can tell, he is based on the meme of the same name that revolves around dark incidents regarding a lot of brutality and death. However, this here is an entity that causes those incidents to come to life, all just for the funnies it likes causing for personal enjoyment. There are plenty of incidents that he had caused.

In the "Pretty Girl" Incident, he convinced Peter Witkins, the ex-boyfriend of Leah Miller', to spike her facial cream that she would soon wear. This obviously did not go well for her as she would be hospitalized, then she'll enucleated herself and tried to remove her face. Luckily the culprits of the incident had been arrested, but the real culprit is still on the loose.

In the "Sleepy Time" Incident, he convinced hospital employee Aziz Hidayat poisoned 15 children with carbon monoxide, all of them being terminally ill. When interrogated, the employee calmly admitted to everything he has done.

In the "Harvester Valley" Incident, Oliver Desjardins was in a local tourist campground where he would randomly begin shooting at people, killing 10 people and injuring another 14. Luckily however, he would be fatally shot by a sniper.

In the "Ascension" Incident, Jozef Procházka began spraying kerosene to local buildings and when emergency services intervened, he ignited the kerosene, causing a big explosion that killed 25 people and himself as well. Later, the rain came, and the things that are sprayed with kerosene randomly began floating.

The SCP Foundation researched about this and wanted to do something against this. One contacted the Trollge which he would then explain his motives as to why he is doing all of this evil. The foundation also found out something called the Trollface classified as SCP-6661-2, that was once popular like SCP-6661-1 but ended up losing popularity and thus is the reason why the Trollge became so powerful. The foundation would end up re-popularizing SCP-6661-2, and it seems to be going good for them while the Trollge just keeps getting weaker.

Is He Heinous Enough?

I'd say he is, given he caused a mass number of incidents that had caused a lot of death such as gassing literal children all of which are terminally ill too and causing an explosion killing over two dozen people. While there are many villains in the series, none of them interacted with him nor did he interact with them, meaning he isn't really in a canon where any of them are around.

Non-Preventions?

No. He's clearly portrayed as a sadist that likes seeing death just because he thinks he's funny considering he asks someone if they're mad, and he's also able to manipulate people into doing those things for him, which is why the incidents even happen in the first place. He also has some sort of God complex given he says people thrive when they see him and he also hates being powerless.

Is He Silly Enough?

While he isn't a joke page... for some reason, he's still obviously very silly given he is the Trollge after all which is based on memes that revolve around black comedy where evil shit is done. He himself is also pretty silly too given there's a time where the kerosene he had caused to be sprayed causes the people sprayed in it to float, as a reference to the "Oil Floats on Water" comic.

That said, he's still a serious threat given the SCP Foundation treats him as something that needs to be contained form the world, just like every other SCP.

Verdict?

Yes.
