BellwetherTheorizer

Look at this monster.

She's creating the ultimate crocus poison, one that will make predators go permanently insane but keep them from dying. The ultimate torture.
~ How to remove fridge horror without removing fridge horror. ...Wait, what?

And another Theorizer candidate! Expect to see a lot of these guys. The Theorizer LOVES going utterly off the rails in his theories. Anyways, considering she lacks the one prevention the original has, I decided she's a perfect PE candidate.

What's The Work?[]

The Theorizer is an eponymous YouTube channel, run by The Theorizer. Shocking, I know? Anyways, his theories are famously deranged. I mean, he's theorized that Gary the Snail from SpongeBob is actually a god. And he has weirdly good evidence, too. Anyways, let's expand a little on the Zootopia ones in particular. Basically, the first Zootopia theory is on how her plans worked scientifically, and the second is on her motives. Theorizer here concludes she's using the autumn crocus and has a "tragic" past (yeah, right). So, more on her follows.

Who Is She?[]

Dawn Bellwether is the main antagonist of these theories, just like in the movie, Zootopia. She, just like in the film, planned to drug all the predators in Zootopia and make them go insane. However, based on the quote at the start, I assume you can tell her crimes are far more horrific.

What Has She Done?[]

Y'know, last time, I only had bullet points because I didn't feel like rewriting the NPE proposal. And I don't feel like writing all this, either, so I'm just gonna take her biography from the Villains Fanon Wiki, which isn't plagiarism because I wrote it.

In the past, Bellwether's ancestors were nobles. Her family lineage remained rich and powerful whilst she was born. However, one day, a predator ingested the autumn crocus, or "night howler", and under intense mental pain, murdered Bellwether's entire family except for her. Bellwether immediately used this to fuel her own bigotry, deciding to get back at predators with the same murder weapon. Now knowing of the autumn crocus, she began the plan she had in the movie. With predators killing themselves, they'd also end up segregated by prey out of fear, making the perfect revenge plan. Mayor Lionheart was forced to hire her, due to her family's riches, which immediately made her diabolical plan far more achievable. After using the already existing servants of her family to make more powerful versions of the autumn crocus, which last longer and cause even worse effects. Then we see what she does within the movie, completely unchanged. She's imprisoned, but her scheme isn't finished, as some of her servants are still alive and kicking, continuing her crimes even after her sentencing.

Mitigating Factors[]

Ha, as if.

First note; fridge horror. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Whilst the kill count relies on fridge horror, yes, even drugging ONE predator crosses the MEH. To explain why, let's explain the side effects of the autumn crocus. These are real facts that apply to the real plant, by the way.

  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Loss of appetite
  • Kidney and liver failure
  • Organs break down
  • Breathing damage
  • Heart attacks
  • Uncontrollable drooling
  • Burn your mouth and throat
  • Neurological effects, such as
    • Convulsing
    • Throwing your muscles around uncontrollably
    • Seizures
    • Slipping in and out of consciousness
    • Dizziness (the worst of them all!!!!)
  • And possibly, death.

These effects are incredibly torturous to anyone effected, and makes them feel incredible pains. Sure, it SHOULD simply pass through your system... but Bellwether is modifying it to make it EVEN WORSE. The Theorizer speculates she wants to make them longer lasting, possibly even permanent.

And now onto the second "prevention". Her "tragedy". Basically, her family were killed by a predator who had been driven insane by the autumn crocus. There are some major problems with this tragedy, though.

  1. The predator had no control over their actions.
  2. She's targeting ALL predators, not just the one who wronged her, for no reason other than her own xenophobia.
  3. By drugging predators with the same thing that killed her family, she's ultimately creating a scenario where it's incredibly likely OTHER families will be horrifically murdered, essentially trying to have her "tragedy" occur countless times to other innocent families.

In addition, there's nothing implying she cares for her family. The extent of her tragedy is that it let her know the autumn crocus existed and how to use it. She's never shown to mourn them or feel bad about their deaths.

Heinous Standards[]

Sets it easily. Only villain in her continuity who isn't bog-standard.

Verdict[]

Easy yes for dooming countless predators to a fate worse than death.
