“ | We are born of two universes. Each of them imperfect; each afflicted with the cancer of organic life. From their ruins, a new universe shall be forged, in the fire of the stones of reality, and space. All life remade in our image, in steel, free from the sins of the flesh. We are Ultron Sigma. We are your god. | „ |

Ultron Sigma is the main antagonist of the crossover fighting game Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite. They are a fusion consisting of both Ultron and Sigma, with their ultimate goal to obliterate all organic life. They later transform into their final form Ultron Omega, the game's final boss, after they failed to harness the Soul Stone due to lacking a soul.
They are voiced by both Jim Meskimen and Chris Tergliafera.

- Before Ultron Sigma, the original Ultron met Sigma when he first entered Cyberspace. Both of them admired one another, though Ultron disliked his pseudo-organic form. Not counting as a redeeming quality to both but the two made an agreement to "cleanse" their respective worlds into what they both desire.
- They both betrayed Thanos as Sigma gotten Ultron to stab him as he uploads his A.I. into the former, thus results in the birth of Ultron Sigma.
- After defeating Thanos, they used both the Space and Reality Stones to merge both worlds of the Marvel and Capcom universes.
- Took over Xgard (fused state between Asgard and Abel City) and turns the Asgardian warriors into his slaves.
- Turned Thor into his puppet and took off with him once the heroes freed Thanos.
- Made an alliance with Grandmaster Meio into creating a weapon inside the Gravitron core via the Sigma Virus and the Power Stone.
- Tehy and his Ultron Drones to track down and kill the heroes, especially attacking their unprotected Avengers base.
- With the weapon he and Meio created destroyed, they took off with the other three stones and attacked what's left in Xgard.
- In confrontation of Dante betraying the heroes (though part of his plan to trick the latter) and gives Ultron Sigma the Soul Stone. Using it to commence his plans forth, only to backfire when its revealed neither both parts of Ultron and Sigma, in fusion, can handle the Soul Stone's reach.
- With their fusion becoming unstable, they both transformed into Ultron Omega, trapping Dante in his hands for his trickery against him.
- In a conclusion during the battle, they finally prepare to kill everyone who stood in their way and possibly find another way to achieve their ideals.
