Toyohisa Senguji is a major antagonist in the first season of Psycho-Pass. A wealthy industrialist who has become a cyborg to immortalize himself, Senguji joins forces with Shōgo Makishima simply because he was bored and create sadistic fox hunts to have fun.
He is voiced by Katsumi Cho in the Japanese version and Charlie Campbell in the English version, who also voices the Former Head Trancy in Black Butler.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Out of simple boredom, Senguji organizes sadistic fox hunts to hunt down any human beings and kill them as if they were any animal.
- To give detail to how sadistic his hunts were, he would set up bear traps and other sorts of contraptions to viciously capture the prey and cut off their limbs before siccing his cyber-dogs to maul his targets, brutalizing them for a bit before he kills them.
- When the bureau investigates Senguji, they note he would've amassed a victim kill of dozens.
- After killing them, Senguji would harvest the bones of his victims, amassing dozens of bones that he used to make tools and cigarettes.
- His only reason for answering to Makishima and allying with was so he could kill as many as he pleases.
- He and Makishima have Yuki kidnapped to bait Enforcer Shinya Kogami for a sadistic hunt, only showing respect for him because he made the hunt more tough and thus more enjoyable for him.
- When he describes the memory of a close friend dying in front of him as a result of a guerilla attack, he clarifies to Makishima that this was actually a pleasant memory for him.
- Admits his sadistic hunts are his only passion in life and seeks to digitalize his brain to fully immortalize himself and kill as much as people as he wishes for eternal life.
