The Witch is a supporting antagonist in Season 3 of the AvM Shorts, serving as a minor antagonist in "The Piglin War" and "The King", and the titular main antagonist of "The Witch". She is also the unseen overarching antagonist of the Actual Shorts episodes "A New Witch" and "It's Alive!".
She is a witch which first appeared as a doppelganger of the redeemed and heroic Second Coming. Using her potions, she can become whatever she wants with that thing's powers. After somehow learning of the Stick Gang, she tried to turn them all into items for her to use, especially Blue.
What Makes Her Pure Evil?[]
- She impersonates the Second Coming to trick Blue into following her so she could turn him into a piston that she would use to store nether wart in her chest. What's worth to note is that Blue is sentient during this and is, from his point of view, trapped inside a white void where he's eternally being taunted about his nether wart obsession, essentially being inside a fate worse than death.
- Expecting the other members of the Stick Gang to follow Blue, she turned Yellow, Red and Green into a llama, fish and sugar cane respectively before trying to do the same to the Second Coming. It's worth to note that their fates are also very cruel and arguably as bad as Blue's, as all three would've been stuck in one place, unable to do anything or free themselves, if not for the Second Coming finding them.
- She turned into a zombie and tricked the Stick Gang into thinking she's Green so she could kill them. She also threatened to slit the throat of their pig during this.
- She imprisoned the pig in her house upon capturing him.
- It is seen she throws her empty bottles away into the sea, polluting the environment.
- She tried to kill the Stick Gang in various cruel ways, such as burning them alive, making Red blow himself up after turning him into TNT, or biting off Blue's leg after turning into a wolf.
- Nothing indicates that she cares for the chests and brewing stands she gave life to, using them only so she can have a higher chance of killing the Stick Gang.
- She briefly tried to trick the Stick Gang into killing Yellow after he turned into a witch.
- It's implied she tried to harm the Titan Ravager Village in some way given how she was seen being attacked by the Musketeers and Ravager family.
- She lacks any redeeming qualities and is portrayed as nothing but a sadistic maniac.
- While it's worth to note that the Orb also put the Stick Gang in a fate worse than death, the Witch stands out as their ways are unique (eternal slavery vs. being forced to watch as someone puppeteers your body), she has lower resources than the Orb and she also has some brutal ways of trying to murder the Stick Gang.
- While her defeat is rather comedic, as it involves her being trashed around by a literal pig with superpowers, turned into a purple dye and then punched away while making a twinkle in the sky, this does not detract from her seriousness, with the scene being played for pure coolness on the pig's part while showing how dangerous the Witch was, with her only being stopped at the last second.

- The Witch and the Orb are similar in many ways. Both are Pure Evil enemies of the Stick Gang who started out as one-shots before returning in later episodes (The Witch in "The King" and the Orb in "Lucky Block Staff", though one as a cameo while the other as the main antagonist), put the heroes in fates worse than death by somehow influencing their bodies (The Witch transforming them, the Orb possessing them) before being stopped by a superpowered pig. Fittingly, the Orb is the final antagonist of Season 2 while the Witch is the opening antagonist of Season 3.
