What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He was wanted for murder in five states and was pursued in twelve overall prior to his arrival in Central City.
- He abducts private investigator Megan Lockhart and tries to cut her in half with a chainsaw in one of his magic acts.
- He tries to kill the Flash with his chainsaw and a couple of knives in a grusome fashion.
- As he is escorted out of Central City by two state tropers, he knocks out the one sitting besides him and shoots the one driving with his companion's gun just so he can go back to defeat the Flash and win Lockhart's love, hiding their corpses within the city's limits.
- Leaves a statue of the Flash's likeness holding a deadly functional bomb in a street, nearly getting two kids who approached the statue killed if not for the Flash's intervention.
- Kidnaps four innocents inside a customes shop, hanging one of them for not "singing" when he ordered him to do so.
- Drops marbles on the street for the Flash to slip on them, buying himself time to escape.

- Sets a booby trap that catches Detective Michael Murphy by his foot and knocks him out with a punching glove.
- He knocks Barry Allen out with chloroform and Megan Lockhart with a punch to the face at his hideout so he can tie them up to force Megan to be his sidekick by threatening to lower an unconscious Barry inside a box to fill with water.
- Forces Megan to admit that she doesn't love Barry, hoping that Jesse will spare him, only for him to say that if she doesn't love Barry, they can kill him.
- Releases a smoke during a party to disturb the guests so he can face the Flash, mistaking Detective Murphy as the hero.
- He tries to murder the Flash with an explosive cake and a red gun, and he threatens to slit Megan's throat if the Flash puts a finger on him.
- Makes a lot of noise during his trial, offending the court, as a distraction so he could escape.
- Attempts to murder Megan Lockhart with his bare hands once he frees himself from his handcuffs.
- He tries to shoot his own lawyer as he escapes from the court with Prank, but because a police officer gets on his way, he shoots him anyway and mocks the officer, who does nothing but laugh (as Prank had filled the room with laughing gas) despite his injuries, though it's unknown if the officer died or not.
- Accepts Prank as his lover and sidekick, but just because he finds her sexually alluring and not out of love, even threatening to kill her if she removes the Flash's mask and shoving her aside so she would stop annoying him.
- Takes control of a television studio, ties up news anchor Joe Kline and his crewmembers, assisted by Prank, and murders a ventriloquist before airing himself threatening Central City.
- He incapacitates the Flash and Megan with gas, throws a box of chattering teeth at Megan so they can painfully bite her, and leaves a gluey substance in the streets when making his getaway, so the Flash gets stuck there.
- Beats up the restrained Flash with a mallet.
- He tortures the Flash by electrocuting him in an electric chair.
- Brainwashes the Flash into becoming his accomplice, leading Flash to stop the police every time they tried to stop the Trickster.
- Rampages his way over Central City, shooting randomly at a stranger (nearly killing a citizen in the process).
- Nearly kills Officers Michael Murphy and Tony Bellows with explosive candles.
- He takes an interest in later having the Flash vibrate his fingers through somebody's brain.
- Leaves Prank bound and gagged inside their hideout so she would stop bothering him.
- Sets up a kangaroo court, assisted by the Flash, in which he tries to execute his lawyer, his judge, and another man.
- He takes a gun to shoot the Flash when he nearly slips from his control.
- Takes his lawyer as a hostage and threatens to blow her up with a bomb so the Flash will let him escape.
- Pushes Prank out of the truck filled with car bombs despite her coming to rescue him.
- Tries to kill the Flash with a car bomb and lights on a bomb when the Flash gets into the truck, willing to kill himself if that meant killing the Flash.
- While he has a decent number of comedic moments, they don't detract from his villainy, and both the Flash and the inhabitants of Central City see him as a threat in-universe.
