The Queen (in Japanese: クイーン, Kuīn) is a malicious monarch who is the ruler of the Castle, and the main antagonist of the 2001 PlayStation 2 video game Ico. She intends to cheat death by using her daughter, Yorda, as a spiritual vessel.
She was voiced by Misa Watanabe, who also voiced the Lily Carnation in One Piece: Baron Omatsuri and the Secret Island.

What Makes Her Pure Evil[]
- Emotionally tortures her daughter into never leaving her cage.
- Turns the souls of the children sealed inside her castle into Shadowy Creatures to guard her castle.
- Curses the nearby towns to make them bring more horned children as sacrifices for her immortality plan.
- Turns her daughter into stone and has no problem attempting to kill Ico for standing in her way.
- Self-destructs her castle upon death to ensure that Yorda never escapes.
