“ | If you're seeing this, you've been to Gallifrey. When I said someone did that obviously I meant I did. I had to make them pay for what I discovered. They lied to us, the founding fathers of Gallifrey. Everything we were told was a lie. We are not who we think, you or I. The whole existence of our species built on the lie of the Timeless Child. Do you see it? It's buried deep in all our memories in our identity. I'd tell you more but why would I make it easy for you? It wasn't for me. | „ |

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He destroyed Gallifrey, wiping out his entire species, because they lied to him about the history of their race.
- He conspires with Daniel Barton and the Kasaavin to rewrite humanities DNA and turn them all into walking hard drives, with the Master's goal simply being to attract the Doctor's attention.
- He fully intends to betray Barton and the Kasaavin afterwards.
- He kills and impersonates "O" just to see the look on the Doctor's face when he reveals himself. He later kills O's superior, "C", as well as an unnamed MI6 agent.
- He holds an entire crowd hostage to get the Doctor to surrender, killing and shrinking several members of the crowd with his Tissue Compression Eliminator.
- After travelling back in time to 1943, he willingly collaborates with the Nazis to oppress the French.
- He imprisons the Doctor in the Matrix and reveals the truth about the Timeless Child to her just to torment her.
- He murders Ashad with the Tissue Compression Eliminator in order to gain control of the Cybermen, afterwards expressing disappointment that this didn't set off the death particle and wipe out the universe.
- He desecrates the corpses of his fellow Time Lords and of Cybermen by fusing them into CyberMasters; Cybermen with the ability to regenerate which he can use to conquer the universe.
- He allies himself with the Daleks and Cybermen, both of which want to wipe out all other life in the universe, and devises a plan to turn Earth into a giant foundry for the two races:
- For the Cybermen, he constructs a mechanical "cyber-planet" which shoots Death Star-esque beams that Cyber-convert anything they hit, allowing them to convert entire planets at a time.
- For the Daleks, he helps them establish a base beneath the Earth's surface which they can use to trigger volcanic eruptions all over the world, which will aid them in killing all non-Dalek life on Earth.
- He abducts ten seismologists and forces them to help the Daleks before killing them all with his TCE.
- He has the CyberMasters kidnap and enslave a Qurunx alien to power their cyber-planet, with the ulterior motive of channelling its energy through the cyber-planet to force the Doctor to regenerate.
- When he encounters Tegan Jovanka, he taunts her about how he killed her aunt.
- He unleashes the CyberMasters and a clone of Ashad on the UNIT building to kill and convert everyone inside.
- After capturing the Doctor, he uses the Qurunx alien's energy to force her to regenerate into him, essentially killing her and allowing him to use the Doctor's name to spread death and destruction through the universe, leaving the Doctor's legacy as one of terror and suffering.
- After being forced out of the Doctor's body, he spitefully uses his TCE to redirect the Qurunx's energy beam into her while its destroying the cyber-planet, killing her.
