The Koshide Family are the main antagonists of the 2022 anime mini-series Housing Complex C which was aired on Toonami.
Seichi is voiced by Sean Chiplock, Keiko is voiced by Suzie Yeung, and Yuri is voiced by Kayli Mills.
What Makes Them Pure Evil?[]
- They lured the Middle Eastern interns to Kurosaki as part of a ritual regarding human sacrifice.
- They were also the ones who were responsible for thwarting Kimi's plans of keeping Kurosaki in the "peaceful" time loop of 2000. As a result, humans are deprived from experiencing eternity.
- They pretended to be friendly and benevolent towards the interns and tenants of Housing Complex C, but they were also responsible for the violent hostility between the elders and the Middle Eastern interns.
- Yuri pretended to befriend Kimi and claimed she would protect her, but this was all a front so she could personally kill her herself.
- Yuri revealed that, while her mother followed her father out of devotion towards their god, she was a sadist who loved bleeding "nicey-nices" like Kimi dry. Yuri threatened to rip off Kimi's fingers one by one before cutting her head off and preserving it in formaldehyde.
- Even when she realized that Kimi was a god, Yuri vowed to commit as many atrocities and kill as many people as possible in order to receive Kimi's blessings. As a consequence, she is violently killed by Limi.
- They overall expressed sadistic glee at their killings and stand as the worst that humanity has to offer in the mini-series.
- Although they're a family and share the same goal in mind, there are little to no instances of them possessing genuine love or care for each other.
