A tard dies every five minutes until a Really Real Bikini TV crew arrives, you got that?!
~ Tex promising to kill a special needs kid every five minutes until his demands are met.

Tex Diaper is a minor antagonist in the fourth entry of The Toxic Avenger film franchise, Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV. He is the leader of the terrorist group The Diaper Mafia and is working with the corrupt police officer Sgt. Kazinski to bring about a new order to Tromaville. To accomplish this, he's taken Tromaville's school for the very special hostage and plans to kill all the kids inside.

He was portrayed by Trent Haaga.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]

  • He worked with Sgt. Kazinski on his plan to bring a new world order to Tromaville, his role in this being to take Tromaville's school for the very special hostage and kill the special needs kids inside.
  • Upon the order from Kazinski, he sadistically guns down a special needs kid, and promises to kill one every five minutes until a Really Real Bikini TV crew arrives.
    • To make this worse, it's explained he has a really petty reason for hating special needs kids, as he's mad it's not socially acceptable for him to poop his pants, but it is for special needs kids to do it, and even calls them Tards.
    • It's also later revealed he ended up killing three other kids due to this.
  • When a kid accidentally hits him in the crotch with a bat, he brutally shoots him to death while laughing.
  • He attempts to cut open the class's pregnant teacher due to the fact she teaches special needs kids, making him consider her a genetic traitor.
  • It's revealed he rigged a bomb to go off five seconds after his heart stopped, this causes the school to blow up and dozens of children to be killed in the process.
    • It also lead to the death of Toxie's beloved sidekick Lardass, which is shown to have an emotional impact on him.
  • His actions have a lasting impact on the rest of the movie, as this is what causes The Noxious Offender to enter the Tromaville dimension, leading to thousands of deaths.
  • Despite the high heinous standard of the Tromaville Shared Universe, he stands out due to his lack of resources, pettiness and sadism.
