Marcus "Needles" Kane (also known as Sweet Tooth) is a psychotic clown who drives a modified ice cream truck. He is a sadistic mass serial killer who seems to suffer from some form of DID (Disassociate Identity Disorder). He is a reoccurring villainous protagonist, mascot and arguably main character of the Twisted Metal series of videogames.
In most of his appearances, he was voiced by J.S. Gilbert. In Twisted Metal: Head-On, he was voiced by Fred Tatasciore, who also voiced Ultron in Avengers Assemble, Malthus in The Conjuring franchise, Mephistopheles in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, the High Override in the Ben 10 reboot, Don Corneo in Final Fantasy VII Remake, the Mad-Man in Primal and Lord Zedd in Powers Rangers Cosmic Fury.. In Twisted Metal and its live-action FMV endings, he was played by Dean Andre.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He brutally murdered his own family and attempted to kill his daughter Sophie (who was 15 at the time), but was stopped due to being stabbed in the eye.
- He would make it one of his goals in life to hunt down Sophie and kill her horribly.
- Traumatized Sophie so badly that she committed suicide, as she considered this the only way to truly escape from him.
- Despite originally appearing to be a normal suburban husband and father, he let his dark alternate persona turn him into the monster that he would later become.
- Brutally and sadistically killed 23 people and an entire supermarket, and would later lament about how he wished he had been able to kill more. His high body count would cause him to become a highly feared killer in the city of Midtown.
- Keeps dead bodies and body parts of some of his victims in the back of his truck and in the truck's freezer, presumably as trophies.
- Killed 3 police officers after surviving the electric chair.
- It is confirmed that he had kidnapped and killed many children, including his own.
- He brutally murdered Axel's wife by dismembering her. This would lead to Axel's depression and self-hatred. He would later brag about how painful he made her death, just to worsen his pain.
- His actions would inspire Cage, another serial killer, to enter the tournament in order to have Calypso remove the part of his brain that made him feel remorse when he killed in hopes of becoming a more feared killer than Sweet Tooth.
- Refused to take the antidote to end his curse as it would mean he'd have to stop his killing ways, showing how much he loves killing. He then kills Calypso and any shred of hope for some kind of redemption.
- Killed a father by painfully removing his eyes with an ice cream scooper, and then left his eyeballs on an ice cream cone for his son to find.
- Murdered an entire hospital of innocent people.
- Caused mass destruction and mayhem in many cities in the Twisted Metal tournaments that he gladly participated in.
- Leads a gang of like-minded and equally destructive individuals to help him in his carnage campaign.
- Would later betray his most loyal henchman by leaving him to die with the Brothers Grimm.
- Caused his only surviving child, Charlie, to grow up to become a killer and his successor.
Trivia[]
- Both he and the 2012 version of Dollface are the only two Twisted Metal villains to be Pure Evil.
- He is the only PE to be playable in Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale.
- His Peacock series counterpart can’t qualify due to being tragic who wants to entertain rather than being a psychopathic serial killer. Furthermore, while he does have a substantial body count, the extent of his crimes fall completely short compared to his mainstream counterpart.
