Sogiola Lopez also known as Seppia is the main antagonist from the light novel JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Heart, Golden Ring. He is an elderly Passione capo operating in Venezia who wields the Stand known as Joy Division, which allows him to switch objects between his hands.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Manipulates Fugo into using his purple haze to commit mass murder knowing how horrible it is to die for this support and having too weak an excuse to act like a power-hungry bastard.
- It's clear he is only using his past as just a mere justification to simply be a power-hungry bastard out for himself, using the painful Purple Haze to go on a mass murder spree, amassing a kill count (both succeeded and attempted as well) higher than even some of other pure evils like D'Arby,Angelo,Kenzou and Gray Fly.
- Even for original timeline Heinous Standards of Jojo he passes it easily by being responsible for a unique crime of manipulating people to unwillingly cause mass murders instead of doing the deed himself.
- While his whole crimes started through a mail sent by Diavolo, it isn't explained that he was following orders. It doesn't excuse him as his unique crimes allow him to stand out easily. And while he is loyal to Diavolo's orders, he only tried to eliminate Bucciarati and his gang so he could advance himself, rather than out of loyalty.
