Snoops is a the main antagonist of the Great Cruise Adventure arc of the Spy × Family series. He is an unnamed information broker that has allied with a multitude of assassins to kill Olka Gretcher and her son Gram aboard the Princess Lorelei cruise ship.

He was voiced by Kazuyuki Okitsu in Japanese and by Nazeeh Tarsha in English.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?

• Is the very man organizing the assassins' hunt for Olka Gretcher and her infant son Gram, bugging the ship to locate them for the assassins to attack.
• Has no loyalty to his fellow assassins at all, having always plotted to backstab them all and take all the money for himself and leaving them all to be killed by Yor and the Director.
  • While he was following Hapoon's orders to kill Olka and Gram, nothing implies he was truly loyal to him, given his status as a mercenary. Not only does Snoops betray his partners, but he also decides to kill everyone in the ship, something that was not part of Hapoon's original plan, which only shows he was just in it for the money and had no loyalty for Hapoon (or anyone, for that matter) whatsoever.
• In his nastiest crime, Snoops has set up various bombs on the cruise ship Princess Lorelei, filled to the brim with about hundreds of innocent passengers, willing to let any of his remaining allies die in the process as well when they all detonate, hoping that everyone's dying screams would "serenade" him.
• Ultimately, he plants the bombs in such a way he can cover up the Princess Lorelei's sinking as a Westalist terrorist attack and admitting he would risking war between Westalis and Ostalia, simply to save face.
• He betrays his partner, who remained loyal to him and his plans the entire time by leaving him on board while the bombs go off. When confronted about it by him, he states that emergency raft he was using to escape only had food for one person before threatening to kill him, showcasing his plan the entire time was to leave all his allies to die on the ship.
• Although his final scene of being surrounded by sharks is a bit comedic, especially in the anime, it does not detract from his heinousness and is more played for karma and satisfaction than anything.
• Unlike most other antagonists in the series, Snoops has no comedic or silly moments and is treated as a serious threat.
