The Skull of Hazza D'ur is the secondary antagonist of Season 13: Master of the Mountain in the animated series LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu. It is the skull that once belonged to the previous Skull Sorcerer, Hazza D'ur, and the former right-hand of Vangelis. It was the one who brought back the Re-Awakened and Grief-Bringer, to continue to keep the Munce and Geckles under Vangelis's rule.
It was voiced by Michael Adamthwaite, who also voiced Sargeant Night in Mega Man: Fully Charged .
What Makes It Pure Evil?[]
- While not outright confirmed, it is heavily implied that it was the previous Skull Sorcerer (Hazza D'ur), who was stated to have been an incredibly wicked sorcerer in the past. While it isn't entirely known what Hazza D'ur did, it could be easily assumed that he was about as dangerous as he was in the modern day.
- Immediately after he finds it, the Skull nearly corrupts Krogran with its power.
- It associates itself with Vangelis, aiding him by creating the Re-Awakened army to steal the Blades of Deliverance, cause tension between the Munce and the Geckles, and enslave the two races.
- It is shown to actively encourage Vangelis to become worse than he already was previously, encouraging him to attack the Munce and the Geckles for not working hard enough and telling him to forget his daughter, Vania, entirely.
- After learning that the ninja had arranged peace talks between the Munce and Geckles, the Skull of Hazza D'ur revives Grief-Bringer and has it attack the two tribes, nearly killing them to its own sadistic amusement.
- It and Vangelis intended to kill the ninja using Grief-Bringer to send a warning to the Munce and Geckles, that being if they don't submit to them, they would all end up dying.
- It is extremely sadistic, getting excited whenever Vangelis mentions potentially killing someone and relishes in watching destruction.
- It proves itself to be necessary to Vangelis's overall plans, considering it gave him the Re-Awakened and revived Grief-Bringer, both of which he needed to keep his own slaves in line.
