Skonk: Faithful members of Humans Against The Extraterrestrials; Today, we make history! Today, we show those alien slime bags that you don’t mess with the human race! Not when H.A.T.E. is on the job! You’ve heard the lies! The aliens were defeated, all is safe. Well, don’t believe it. Look at the news: Aliens attack in subway skirmish! Aliens in our sewers! Mob chases alien in Allenger Alley! And what do these alien sightings have in common?
Flunky: Uh... aliens?
Skonk: No! Well yeah, but no! What else?
All flunkies: ...New York City!
Skonk: That’s right! They're dug deep in the Big Apple, and no one is doing a freaking thing about it! Until now.
~ Skonk to his subordinates at his bunker.

Skonk is a minor antagonist in the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, serving as the main antagonist of the episode "H.A.T.E.".

He is the leader of the titular faction known as the Humans Against The Extraterrestrials (H.A.T.E.), a group who seeks to wipe out all aliens present in the Earth. When he comes across the Ninja Turtles, Skonk concludes that New York City is plagued with alien activity and must be destroyed at all costs.

He was voiced by Sean Schemmel, who also voiced Black Doom in Shadow the Hedgehog and Goku Black in Dragon Ball Super.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]

  • Despite his proclamations as a defender of humanity, his genocide against aliens is all motivated by nothing more than pure xenophobia against them, having no qualms killing countless humans in the process.
  • Ultimately leads his hate group, (called the "Humans Against The Extraterrestrials") on a genocide against alien life on Earth, and kill all aliens they manage to discover.
  • When informed about the presence of multiple sightings of "aliens", who were in reality the titular mutated teenage turtles, Skonk decides New York City is a center of alien activity and tries to smuggle a nuclear bomb to the middle of New York that is heavily populated and detonated it, which will destroy a large portion of the city and knows it will result in the end of hundreds, if not thousands, of innocent human lives.
  • When one of his own men tries to warn others and leave the organization out of sheer disgust of the plan and believe Skonk is going too far, Skonk sends his men to kill him, wounding him gravely. This shows that he does not care for his teammates and is willing to kill them when they go against it.
  • Despite the high heinous standard of the series, Skonk still qualifies as Pure Evil due to having lesser resources than other villains. Not to mention that he only appears one half of just one episode, and due to that, for his tier as a one-shot or on the basis of his resources or even in general, Skonk manages to have one of the highest attempted kill counts in the entire series.
