Sister Sisto is a major antagonist in "The Wall" portion of Solar Opposites. She is a nun for the wall's Bowinian Church, later acting as its leader.

She is voiced by Sutton Foster.

What Makes Her Pure Evil?

• It is strongly implied that she was the one who poisoned Tim as well as killed Sister Sasha (smiling while thinking of her "heart attack") so she could take over the Wall, then made up the story of the Pink Ribbon so she could control all of the residents.
• She kidnapped Cherie's infant child, Pezlie, to use her as propaganda for her cult, keeping her locked up and isolated. She would also brand her head with a hot iron.
• She had her soldiers decapitate the heads of all "non-believers" and displayed them as trophies on her church. This includes two Daft Punk residents who talk badly about Jesse upon arriving in The Wall.
• She tried to exterminate all residents of the wall by freezing them to death.
• She had a man decapitated for noticing the decreasing temperature of the wall and displayed his head alongside the others.
• She randomly tortures one of her own followers for having non-Jesse thoughts. When Montez questions her if this is overboard, she subtly threatens him by asking if he has a problem with it.
• She told Halk's wife, Nova, that she would revive her dead husband with Jesse's help, though threatening to have her removed if she asks more questions and tells a bodyguard to decapitate her if she thinks about it again.
• She sends multiple soldiers to try and kill Cherie and Montez, showing no concern when they are killed by traps.
  • She later killed one of these soldiers herself, likely to make an example out of him.
• She reveals to Nova that she lied about planning to resurrect her husband and never planned too or even knew if it was possible, just to laugh at her pain.
• She tries to stab Nova, only to be stopped by Jesse stepping on her.
• While she does have a few comedic moments, none of them are detracting and her crimes are taken dead seriously.
