The Sirens are minor antagonists in The Loud House episode Europe Road Trip: Greece Is the Word. They are a trio of mermaids who spend their time luring unfortunate sailors to their territory with their singing before killing them, even if it means children.
They were all voiced by singers Ashley Yoon, Kiki Halliday, and Tarra Layne respectively.
What Makes Them Pure Evil?[]
- It's implied that the Sirens had devoured their previous victims, and one siren was eating the bony remains of the last one on a platter.
- Though they have only a few speaking lines, the Sirens still have enough characterization as they're fully capable of luring the two kids to them with their beautiful voices without qualms of devouring them.
- Since Clydius cleverly didn't fall for their deception, the Sirens reveal their true forms and almost reach Lincoln until Clydius saves him from his potential demise.
- Though they only spare the boys for escaping from them, it's merely a cooling-off period as they just hissed at them and swim back into the ocean to search for their next prey.
- Though they have been outweighed by Morag, Ucumu, and Chip Micro who all pose a bigger threat than them, the Sirens still manage to stand out with their low resources as they perform a very unique crime of sexually attracting and killing a child, to which any villain have not done in the series' heinous standards.
- Unlike most homicidal villains in the series, the Sirens have onscreen evidence to prove that they have killed someone due to a siren eating bony remains on a platter, preventing them from relying on Fridge Horror.
Trivia[]
- The Sirens are the only canon characters in The Loud House to be Pure Evil, while the rest of the other PE characters are fanon.
