Siren Head is one of the two titular main antagonists of the fanfic Slender Man vs. Siren Head (alongside Slender Man).

What Makes It Pure Evil?

• While having a rather animalistic mind, this version of Siren Head displays sapience and a much clearer agency compared to its original counterpart.
• For days, it tormented a cadet named Trevor with sounds that only he could hear, making his colleagues think that he was going crazy. This shows that Siren Head has a sadistic nature.
• When it meets Trevor, it almost deafens him with the sound of its past victims (among which there are animals and children) before trying to kill Trevor.
• It brutally kills everyone inside Trevor's military base. Because of this, Trevor himself ends up being blamed for it.
• After Trevor shoots it with a shotgun, Siren Head develops a deep hatred towards him and becomes determined to kill him.
• When finding itself face to face with Slender Man, it decides to fight him because he prevented it from killing its prey and because he's in its territory.
• During its fight with Slender Man, it shows to be pretty violent and brutal.
• While it does try to end the fight with Slender Man at some point, it doesn't do so out of any honorable reason but because the fight wasn't going anywhere and because Siren Head wanted to kill Trevor. In fact, after Slender Man attacks it from behind, Siren Head loses any interest in self-preservation and becomes even more brutal.
• It has no qualms with killing Slender Man's slaves.
• It uses Trevor as a living club against Slender Man, which eventually ends up killing the poor man.
• After having been seemingly killed by Slender Man, Siren Head returns to drag its foe into the fire alongside itself, showing that it's become so determined to kill him that it's ready to sacrifice its own life to achieve it.
• It's possible that it survived the final fight with Slender Man and went after Sophia.
