You know what your problem is, Sam? You’re not man enough to take what you want. You’re not strong enough to say: f--k what’s polite, f--k the consequences, f--k the law.
~ Sheriff Walker explaining his twisted mindset to his son.

Sheriff Graham Walker is a major antagonist in the 2015 creepypasta/novella Borrasca and the main antagonist of its sequel Borrasca V, created by C.K. Walker.

He’s a police officer and later sheriff of Drisking, as well as the father of Sam and Whitney Walker, seemingly loving father and protectful officer of the law, only to be revealed as a greedy and sadistic individual who joined the town's human trafficking operations spanning decades, before eventually taking over the operations all together in the sequel.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]

In General[]

  • While initially appearing as a heroic family man who cares deeply for his family and his town, any good nature he had is revealed to simply be fake, with Sheriff Walker being nothing more than a sadistic monster who cares only for himself.
  • Despite initially seeming to have loved Whitney, being enraged and murdering Killian Clery for murdering her and keeping a shrine of her in his house while also being angered at Sam calling him out for raping her, Walker merely is obsessed with her and only cared about her body, naming one of his new daughter’s Whitney and having repeatedly raped for years as a sex slave.
  • While it initially seems that Walker may have cared for Sam once, it’s made clear by the end that Sheriff Walker only cares about maintaining his legacy by any means necessary.

Borrasca[]

  • Before the events of the story, Sheriff Walker was revealed to have been already a horrible man, having moved him and his family away from their previous town after he was caught pimping out fourteen year olds, proving to have been a monster before ending up in Drisking.
  • Before and After becoming Sheriff of Drisking, Walker became part of The Prescott’s operation, in which involved kidnapping young women and girls in and around the town and holding them in “stables” where they are proceeded to be held and repeatedly raped by Jimmy Prescott and the Sheriffs, with the children being sold off the rich families in Drisking, with them potentially being kidnapped back years down the line. These women are left in a state of near death, filth and complete despair, with those who become too sick or old being grinded alive in a metal shredder. Kimber is one of these girls who are raped, with Borrasca V revealing Sheriff Walker as her rapist.
  • Had his teenage daughter, Whitney, kidnapped and trafficked, keeping her as a personal sex slave which he raped for almost a decade in order to have a child, all the while pretending to be trying to look for her to keep Sam from discovering the truth.
  • After Sam is framed for the brutal beating of Kyle, which rendered him a vegetable, Walker drops any pretenses of care and threatens Sam into staying silent, leading to Sam running away from home and descending into becoming a drug addicted thug.

Borrasca V[]

  • Ten years after the first story, Walker took over the Borrasca operation and changed it into a complete sex slavery and human trafficking operation, expanding it so almost hundreds of women are kept and raped and eventually sold off by Walker, all the while he hoards the money and refuses to help the city with it, which led to the destruction and decay of the city.
  • Shortly after Sam fled, Walker murdered his wife, Sam’s mother, and remarried to Sam’s old high school crush, having several daughters with her with presumed intent to groom and make them sex slaves as well.
  • Revealed to have been supplying drugs to Sam for the past decade to make sure he doesn’t become a threat, being completely responsible for Sam’s descent into drug addiction and being a violent thug.
  • When confronting Sam on the mountain, Sheriff Walker taunts as he brutally beats his son, laughing at his state as he threatens to murder him multiple times.
  • When Kimber is caught and brought to him, Walker threatens to have her as a sex slave and attempts to use her as leverage to make Sam into the new head of his empire, trying to force Sam to have sex with one of the slaves as well.
  • After Sam pleads for Kimber to be let go, Walker shoots her, seemingly killing her and taunts his distraught son as he plans to grind up her body and spread her ashes across the mountain so she can “be with him forever” all to spite his son, and plans to kill his son while simply saying he’ll have another kid to be an heir for him.
  • Even Jimmy Prescott, another leader of the sex operation, a serial rapist, and the second most horrifying character, felt disgusted for Walker's actions towards his sons and the city, and decided to betray him and overthrow him.
