Sel-Makor is a major antagonist of the 2012 MMO Star Wars Legends story video game Star Wars: The Old Republic.
He is an intelligent evil Dark Side Force entity that seeks to corrupt and cause mindless chaos, warfare, death, and suffering across the planet Voss by fueling the Gormak species' hatred for the Voss species.
He was voiced by Roger L. Jackson, who also voiced the masked Stu Macher, Roman Bridger, Jill Roberts and Beth in the Scream franchise.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Sel-Makor was born from the Dark Side of the Force, suggesting him to be an amoral evil being. However, Sel-Makor fed off of the intelligence of the Gormak and the Voss species, processing all of their intelligence and knowledge to create and construct his own personality. Sel-Makor is also shown to know what wisdom is and to be well aware of what temptations are, with nothing else to prove he is Made of Evil, thus making him have Moral Agency.
- Killed and kept two Gormak spirits alive in host bodies, feeding off of their energy and mentally torturing them for thousands of years.
- Fuelled and influenced the hatred the Gormak held for the Voss, making them wage war against the Voss while taking satisfaction in it.
- Drove many animals and sapient people insane if they come too close to him, robbing them of their sanity and making them mindless servants of his. Sel-Makor would even have the most close friends turn on each other and kill each other, all for his own amusement.
- Had Jokuul to travel the stars and make a cannon to destroy Voss-Ka.
- Trapped the Sith Emperor Vitiate in his lair, making him unable to escape as he intends on feeding off of him and using his power to make himself stronger.
- Seeks to and almost succeeded in spreading his corrupting influence over the planet Voss, which would rob millions of Voss and Gormak of their sanity, making them mindless slaves, and cause mindless death, chaos, and suffering over the planet. However, Sel-Makor was destroyed.
- Despite the high Heinous Standards of Star Wars Legends, Sel-Makor manages to stand out for his crime of torturing two spirits for thousands of years and attempting to spread his evil influence across the Voss planet, all the while having low resources, given that he was trapped within the Dark Heart and lacks a physical form.
