Sawyer is the main antagonist of the Total Drama fanfiction Lost and Found. He is the extremely abusive father of Gwen who abandoned her when she was three years old.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- After Gwen's mother and brother are presumed dead, he takes Gwen in and viscously abuses her, routinely abusing her in ways such as brutally beating her until she bleeds and cuts and stabs her, leaving scars throughout her body.
- This abuse is mentioned to leave a psychological impact on Gwen, as it is revealed that she has two years worth of post traumatic stress due to the abuse.
- He tells Gwen that if she sees Trent anymore or if he shows up near his property, Sawyer will kill Trent.
- Gwen and Trent create a note that details Sawyer's abuse, only for Sawyer finds it and, in an attempt to frame Trent for his crimes and have him arrested, rewrite it so that it looks like Trent is the one who kidnapped and beat Gwen.
- He has his henchmen capture Gwen and Trent, and then has one group take Gwen back to his house and has another group take Trent to a field miles away from town and proceeds to have them brutally beat Trent nearly to death.
- He dislocates and nearly breaks Gwen's arm. It is only learning that she has a photo shoot in three hours that stops him from fully breaking Gwen's arm.
- It is then revealed that Sawyer only has Gwen staying with him so he could make money off her photo shoots and the possibility of her winning the next season of Total Drama. He also plans to kill Trent for being a distraction.
- When the maid tries to stop him from beating Gwen, Sawyer proceeds to murder a maid by shooting her and then threatens to kill Gwen unless she goes to her bed.
- During a conflict with Trent, he holds a gun to Gwen's head and threatens to "spill" her brains.
- It is then revealed that Sawyer faked the deaths of Gwen's family and is holding them captive in order to keep Gwen in his clutches. It is also heavily implied that Sawyer tortured them.
- When Trent tries to touch Gwen, Sawyer shoots Trent's hand, uses him as a meat shield, and then tries to taunt Gwen into shooting him.
- He tries to shoot Gwen's mom.
- He stabs a redeemed Hilary in the chest with a glass shard, causing her death.
- After his death, it is then revealed Sawyer also ran a hidden drug operation.
Trivia[]
- As he divorced Gwen's mom, his canon version is possibly not a good parent, but as he never actually appears in the show (his existence relies on Word of God), with even the reasons for leaving Gwen, her brother and her mother not being explained, he's absulotely not Pure Evil.
