Savanti Romero is a recurring antagonist of the Teenage Mutants Ninja Turtles comics, and the arch-enemy of Renet. He was the apprentice of Lord Simultaneous before he succumbed to his hunger for power and attenpted to steal the Time Scepter. He was turned into a demon-like being as punishment and banished to the 13th century in Europe.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Betrays Lord Simultaneous and tried to kill him by removing him from Time itself.
- Conquered a village where he made it into his new fiefdom after he was banished by Lord Simultaneous.
- Stole the Time Scepter to raise an army of the dead to slaughter all who oppose him, starting with the the village that soon rebelled against him.
- By attempting to sacrifice Renet in order to use a spell that'll make the comet that destroyed the Dinosaur miss the Earth, Savanti sought to erase all present life on Earth such as humanity and all other life forms that existed since then from existence, all for the sake ensuring the Turtles don't exist to stop him the first time.
- Came back as a warlord in 13th century Japan where he tries to build his own empire, planning to slaughter any samurai clan that opposed him. This resulted in alterations in time that began erasing people from existence, such as Gosei Hattori who's ancestor was killed by Savanti, much to his apathy in hopes of the temporal crisis leading the Time Scepter to him.
- Sends in Chote to further his conquest of slaughter and have him cut down legions down to the last man, and voicing his displeasure if any sort of mercy seemed to be given and if someone's life is spared.
- Tries to become a god by using the Eye of Aga-Moo-Tou, and remake reality and the multiverse in his image.
Trivia[]
- Both this and the 2003 incarnations are the only versions of Savanti to count as Pure Evil.
