What Makes Him Pure Evil?

• It can be argued that Sandros is not a sapient, but he actually has clear Moral Agency due to showing his clear genocidal darwinism.
• With his Social Darwinistic philosophy, he caused the deaths of millions of innocent just because they are weak in his eyes.
• Didn't really care about his soldiers, seeing as only tools for his plans. The example is using some of them as suicide bombers to destroy the K2 shield to prepare the attack on Earth and destroyed some of them when they failed.
• Didn't show any remorse of the people he killed because he didn't have any.
• Saw both Ultraman Cosmos and Justice as nuisance to his plans and never hesitated to destroy them whatever he wanted.
