SOUGO Tokiwa is the main antagonist of Kamen Rider Zi-O: Over Quartzer. He is the Leader of Quartzer who transforms into Kamen Rider Barlckxs.

SOUGO is portrayed by Japanese singer ISSA, who also performs the show's opening theme, Over "Quartzer".

What Makes SOUGO Pure Evil?

• He hired Kagen and Jogen to kill Krim Steinbelt's ancestor in an attempt to fully erase Krim from history and negate the creation of the GrandZi-O Ridewatch.
• He imprisoned prime Sougo and attempted to rewrite the history of the Heisei Era so he can rule it as King of Time by destroying Kamen Riders altogether, this also has an impact of destroying all life in the multiverse. This was done so that only the Quartzer Riders can exist as "true" Kamen Riders.
• He also orchestrated the prime Sougo's rise to OhmaZi-O in the series, calling the latter his "body double".
• He killed Woz upon learning of the prophet's betrayal towards Quartzer.
• His next attempt was to kill Sougo and Geiz after gaining the powers of Kamen Rider J, but all this failed when Sougo transformed into Zi-O Ohma Form and used the power of all 20 Heisei Riders to kill the Quartzer leader for good.
• Despite Kagen and Jogen's defeat, SOUGO showed little care towards them and was only fixated in rewriting the Heisei Era to his liking.
