Ryan Weaver is the main antagonist in the 1997 film Turbulence. He is a infamous serial killer and rapist who gained the moniker of "The Lonely Hearts Strangler". Eventually arrested, he is put on a flight to be sent to death row but soon gains control of the plane with the intention of crashing it with everyone inside.

He is portrayed by the late Ray Liotta.
