What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He is a corrupt immigration lawyer working with Snakehead boss, Ricky Yao. He pays the bail of the immigrants smuggled by Yao and file their asylum claims. He gives them over to him to be forced into slavery to pay of their debt, directing the attractive ones to be forced into prostitution while sending the others into forced labor.
- This is done purely out of greed because he was not paid well before and wanted to make more money.
- He causes several deaths as he forces women into slavery and gets them killed if Ricky orders their murders.
- He is a key part of Ricky Yao's operation and without him, it would not be possible.
- When questioned by SVU, he sells out Ricky Yao, showing no sense of loyalty and only being in it purely for himself.
