The Robot Chief is a minor antagonist in Ultraseven, serving as the main antagonist of the episode, "Nightmare on Planet No. 4". He is the dictator of Planet No. 4 and has conquered humanity there, oppressing them to slavery.
He was portrayed by Masahiko Naruse who also played Alien Nackle in Return of Ultraman

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Conquered Planet No. 4 and install his totalitarian regime, enslaving local humanity for the next 500 years.
- Enslave all organic life on the whole planet and then planned to invade Earth.
- Filmed the murders of human actors by using live rounds in an attempt to justify himself on making an offensive on Earth.
- Beat his human secretary for simple things like giving him the wrong coffee, as well as ordering her execution for helping Dan and Soga escape.
- Shown to be a hypocrite, as he wanted to stop the robots from being enslaved, yet he enslaved humanity.
- Has no redeeming qualities and simply wants to see the humans murdered.
