~ Dr. Yelkov to a test subject. |
Dr. Rasmin Yelkov (Rus. Расмин Елков) is a renegade Russian scientist and an antagonist in the SCP Mythos. He is currently wanted by the SCP Foundation for his role in the creation of the SCP-1994 phenomenon while attempting to synthesize human dental structures.
What Makes Him Pure Evil[]
- He killed a man who lived with an SCP-478 clan after he refused to let him experiment on them because he believed they needed to be preserved, giving the reason that "I do not have time for fairy stories".
- He experimented on the SCP-478 clan until he discovered their bodies reacted with sodium monofluorophosphate and hexafluorosilicic acid, at which point he burned them with the substances until they produced SCP-1994-1, a serum which causes human teeth to grow.
- He abducted at least 25 human subjects and exposed them to SCP-1994-1 in his experiments, causing cysts to grow out of them and causing intense pain as they slowly grew before eventually becoming teeth, resulting in many deaths, something which Yelkov only saw as minor setbacks.
- He lobotomized subject 019.
- Upon discovering that the growths were contagious, he sent the contagious corpses to his colleague Dr. Grigori for analysis, resulting in his death
- Despite the insanely high Heinous Standard of the SCP Foundation, he passes due to his low resources and horrific human experimentation.
