What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He has one of his Philistine soldiers murder an innocent Jew named Tobias simply because he begged for food. While he did claim that Tobias "shall never hunger again", this is not redeeming in the slightest as he has him literally stabbed in the back, before threatening to do the same to the others if they beg for mercy.
- He has Bolcam shot to death for failing to drive Samson out of Israel.
- He allows for Samson and Taren to get married, but only because he finds out from Delilah he's able to control their debt that way, thus making it dishonorable.
- He marries Taren himself since Samson did not show up for the wedding, and later tries to have his guards arrest Samson so that he would live the rest of his life being forced to work in the mines.
- After Samson tells him to release Taren, Rallah has Ashdod and another guard toss her and his father-in-law, Ahar, to their deaths in the burning crops. It's even more heinous when one considers that Rallah is already married to Taren by this point.
- He threatens the Jews that if they don't surrender Samson to him, then he'll burn their entire village. After they do surrender Samson to him, Rallah lies that he'll spare the village, before sadistically revealing to Samson that he'll burn the village anyway and giving the signal to murder Samson's father, Manoah.
- Upon his return many years later, he pushes the Israelites to the brink of starvation.
- He beheads two traitorous Israelites who have come to warn his father, King Balek, of a possible rebellion on his kingdom.
- He tortures Samson by burning his eyes out, with his brother, Caleb, being forced to watch. Even Delilah herself is horrified to watch this.
- He viciously whips Samson to find out how to get his powers, but when Caleb tells Rallah that he needs to humble himself or God will humble him, the Philistine prince leaves, but only to carry out his plan of overthrowing his father, and it doesn't stop him from whipping him after carrying it out.
- He murders Balek to take his father's throne for himself which he has plotted for years, telling him that he does not wish to share his glory with him.
- He whips Samson again at least a dozen times in front of a crowd who is scorning the now-powerless Israelite.
