Ragnarok is the main antagonist of the Ben 10: Alien Force episode "Vendetta."
He is a dangerous intergalatic criminal who absorbs sun and star energy to destroy solar systems and sold off the energy profit. He is highly personal to Kevin Levin for killing his father Devin; however, it's revealed in Omniverse that Ragnarok was a member of The Rooters who conspired with the false memories implanted to Max and Kevin to keep them in check.
He was voiced by John DiMaggio, who also voiced Aggregor in the same franchise, General William Kingcaid in X-Men: Legends, Toyman in Superman: Doomsday, The Faceless Hunter in Batman: The Brave and the Bold, the Joker in Batman: Under the Hood and Rough Cut in DC Showcase: Catwoman.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He's a cataclysmic mass-murderer who wants to absorb the power of the Sun and sell it for profit, nearly destroying all life in the solar system within a radius from his ship.
- He conspired with The Rooters in implanting false memories in Max and Kevin's heads about Kevin's alleged father to keep control over them.
- In Max's false memory, Ragnarok attacked him and Devin demanding the key to his spaceship. He overpowered Max and threatened to kill him unless Devin hands over the key, then killed Devin instead when he sacrificed himself to save Max. Even though this never happened due to being a false memory, it still shows how much of a monster Ragnarok truly is since he manipulated everything to make it seem true.
- He killed a couple guards while escaping from the Null Void prison Incarcecon.
- He destroyed Kevin's house looking for the key.
- When Kevin confronted Ragnarok to avenge his father's death, Ragnarok overpowered him and would have killed him if Ben and Gwen hadn't intervened.
- He finally found the key disguised as a picture frame in Kevin's house and activated his ship to absorb the Sun's energy, nearly creating a cataclysm that would destroy the solar system and endanger millions of lives within that radius.
- When Kevin foiled his plan and he was left dangling from his ship about to fall into the Sun, he begged Kevin to save him despite everything he had done to him, even claiming (falsely) that it's what his father would have wanted. Naturally, Kevin just took the key back and left him to die to avenge his father.
- Despite only appearing in one episode, Ragnarok is taken completely seriously and reaches the heinous standards of the worst Ben 10 villains like Vilgax, Aggregor, Maltruant and Eon.
