RPC-913, also known as the Crooked Man, is a Gamma-Red RPC and a canceled antagonist in the RPC mythos. It's a mysterious entity with dangerous mind control abilities.

What Makes It Pure Evil?

• The GARD lost many of their men to capture it and had to move it to a new cell after it killed a two-digits number of guards.
• It killed over 15 people who were sacrificed to by the GARD in an attempt to control it.
• When the ritual failed, RPC-913 killed essentially all of the GARD's camp, sparing only Dr. Tillich to mess up with his mind.
• When the Authority and the FOA find it years later, RPC-913 is feeding off locals and hikers. It later uses its mind control powers to force several soldiers to kill each other, and even after being captured it manages to affect the surviving ones.
  • What's notable is it forcing Commander Hptm Krüger to kill his own wife and daughters.
• Even though it's under the Authority's custody, it still is a danger and even documents about it are a threat.
• Ultimately, RPC-913 wants to cause as much suffering as possible.
