“ | RPC-142: Took you long enough. Jerome: They don't make it easy for me. RPC-142: You know, I've missed our little talks. These folks don't quite hold a conversation like you do. Jerome: Guess you really don't get bored of it. RPC-142: It hasn't been that long, has it? Ten? Twenty? It's all a bit of a blur. Jerome: You think I'd let you forget? After what you did that day? RPC-142: Don't flatter yourself too much, you're not the first guy who's gotten pissed at me over some bitch. Jerome: You know, there's been times when I thought I could get something through to you. Find some humanity in the monster. RPC-142: The heart wants what the heart wants, Jerome. Jerome: When that didn't work, I thought I could teach you a lesson. After all the incisions, broken femurs, all the times I've torn you apart, you'd get tired of it. RPC-142: We should switch roles some time, see if you get tired of it. Jerome: That'll be the day. RPC-142: How long can you keep this up? I can a lot longer than you. When you're rotting in the ground, I'll still be doing what I do best. Jerome: Maybe. But until then, I'll be doing what I do best. |

~ The conversation between RPC-142 and PoI-1438/Jerome. |
RPC-142, also known as Reanimator, is a Gamma-Orange RPC and a minor antagonist of the RPC Authority mythos. He is a serial killer and serial rapist who has the ability to come back to life in a new body if killed.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He's a serial killer and serial rapist who kills, rapes, and mutilates women (although he's also killed some males) for his own sadistic pleasure. His personality doesn't seem to depend by his anomalous abilities.
- He killed 8 people inside a strip club and wounded a police officer before being killed.
- He attempted to strangle a woman before being arrested by the police and later contained by the RPC Authority.
- During his conversation with Jerome, it's revealed that he had killed a woman that the former loved.
- This conversation also reveals that others had their loved ones killed by RPC-142 and that RPC-142 himself doesn't feel any kind of regret, with him essentially admitting that he has no humanity inside of himself.
- While being transferred to another site, he strangled an Authority personnel with his handcuffs (possibly killing them) and then jumped off a bridge to his death. To this day, the Authority doesn't know where RPC-142 is, meaning that he's currently free to commit his crimes.
- Despite having a smaller kill count compared to villains like RPC-010-2 and RPC-239, he still stands out for having fewer resources, essentially having no supernatural powers beyond being able to resurrect himself when killed.
