What Makes Him Pure Evil?

• Holds Rand's wife and daughter hostage, threatening to hurt them if they refuse to translate the Oblivia Ruins for him.
• Betrays Dr. Edward to take control of Mewtwo himself and have his revenge on the player for his previous defeats.
• Was willing to have the Sky Fortress plummet into the ocean, creating a tidal wave massive enough to wipe out all of Oblivia.
• Awakens Arceus' wrath and manipulates it into destroying all humanity except himself so he can recreate it and become a god.
