List of franchises disallowed from having Silly Pure Evils.

  • Any work with large amounts of comedic sociopathy
  • American Dad!: Relies too much on comedic sociopathy as Stan and especially Roger constantly commit heinous crimes, making anyone unable to stand out as having their evil played for laughs.
  • Despicable Me: All the villains get a partial redemption at the end of Despicable Me 4, making them all too inconsistent to count as even silly candidates.
  • Family Guy (excluding alternate continuities): It relies way too heavily on comedic sociopathy as the Griffin family all constantly commit heinous crimes, especially Peter, Brain and Stewie, making nobody able to stand out as having their evil played for laughs.
  • Futurama
  • Grizzly Tales for Gruesome Kids: Relies too heavily on comedic sociopathy, as almost every segment ends in an incredibly bleak fate for the child protagonist, usually one who's done little more than typical child behaviours, all of which is played for dark comedy.
  • Helluva Boss: Relies too heavily on comedic sociopathy due to the main characters all being brutal assassins that have high kill counts, with all their kills being played for dark comedy. Includes the Pilot as well which arguably relies even more on comedic sociopathy due to the greater emphasis on murdering children.
  • It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
  • Kindergarten: Relies too heavily on comedic sociopathy due to the protagonist and Nugget being among the most heinous characters, and the overall lax attitude most of the adults have towards murdering children.
  • Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt
  • Robot Chicken: The work relies too heavily on dark comedy with dozens of segments where the joke begins and ends at heroic characters being evil, including a segment where Mr. Krabs is a cannibal and a segment where Archie and Veronica go on a killing spree.
  • SML: Relies too heavily on comedic sociopathy, due to main characters like Jeffy, Junior and Cody regularly committing heinous acts, making nobody able to stand out as having their evil played for laughs.
  • Solar Opposites: Relies too heavily on comedic sociopathy due to the Opposite family regularly committing horrific crimes, such as Korvo casually admitting to digging up corpses to rape them and Yumyulack and Jesse lobotomising a teenage girl with coke. While the wall subplot doesn't have this problem, it's too interconnected with the Opposites plot line due to things like an entire religion forming around Jesse.
  • South Park (excluding the video games): Relies too heavily on comedic sociopathy due to everyone constantly committing heinous crimes, especially Cartman, making nobody able to stand out as having their evil played for laughs.
