Peter Pan, born Malcolm, is a major antagonist in the ABC series Once Upon a Time. He serves as the unseen overarching antagonist of the second half of Season 2, the main antagonist of the first half of Season 3, a supporting antagonist of the second half of Season 5, and a minor antagonist in the flashbacks Season 6.
He was portrayed by Robbie Kay as Peter Pan/Pied Piper, and Stephen Lord as Malcolm.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- His cruelty towards his family; abandoned his own son, Rumplestiltskin, just to become young, manipulated his great-grandson, Henry, into unknowingly killing himself so he could maintain it, and tried to kill his grandson Baelfire and Rumple's second love Belle to spite Rumple. Although he showed affection towards Rumple as Malcolm, Pan admitted that he never loved him and later expressed how raising a son was always a burden to him. While the cause of this disregard came was losing his wife, Fiona, it does not make him sympathetic since he blamed their newborn son for her absence just because, from what he was told by the Blue Fairy and Tigerlily, Fiona died protecting him. Furthermore, none of his actions are said to be out of heartbreak, meaning he got over and no longer cares for his wife.
- He understands the concept of love (as shown with his interactions with Felix), but chooses not to love anyone but himself.
- He tried manipulating Henry into losing faith in his family.
- Even though he supposedly views the Lost Boys as friends, he encouraged Henry to slash Devin with a sword and killed Felix, his most loyal and trusted follower, to begin the curse on Storybrooke.
- Started a curse on Storybrooke just to make everyone his slaves. Rumple implied that the nature of Pan's curse would be fair worse than Regina's.
